CRM docsSign in & access
3. Sign in & access
Sign-in URL
Production / customer workspaces are typically reached via your provisioned CRM URL.

How to sign in
- Open your CRM URL.
- Enter the email (or username) provided by your Admin.
- Enter your password.
- Submit Sign in / Login.
- If your account has access to more than one workspace type, select Admin, Company, Staff, or Client.
You land in the workspace matching your role, with menus scoped to that role.
Workspace selector
AppsZone CRM supports four distinct views from one platform:
| Workspace | Typical user | Access summary |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Agency owner / IT admin | Users, roles, menus, configuration |
| Company | Organization / branch manager | Branch-scoped menus and data |
| Staff | Counsellors, case officers | Enquiries, pipeline, calendar |
| Client | Student / applicant | Documents, visa/migration status, profile |
Switching workspaces (when allowed) is done from the workspace selector in the product UI after login.
Password & account recovery
- On the login page, choose Forgot password (if enabled for your tenant).
- Enter your registered email.
- Follow the reset link in email and set a new password.
- If you do not receive email within a few minutes, check spam and contact your Admin or Support.
Admins can also reset or disable accounts under Administration → Users.
Sessions & security
- Use a unique password; do not share credentials across Staff accounts.
- Sign out on shared computers.
- Admins should deactivate users who leave the organization immediately.
- Role and API route permissions are synced to roles — Staff only see what their role allows.
- Prefer HTTPS-only access to your CRM URL.
Company / client onboarding gate
If a Company or Client profile is incomplete, the system may require onboarding (profile fields, documents) before full portal features unlock. Complete the prompted steps, then continue.
Multi-user best practices
- One person = one user account (avoid shared logins).
- Assign the least privilege needed (Staff vs Admin).
- Use branches to isolate franchise / partner data instead of separate spreadsheets.
